Important Dates:

Entry Fees must be postmarked by following dates:
April 30th early registration fee $200 .
June 30th late registration fee $250 .

July 6, 2012: all images and information must be into Michael Duffy or they will not be put in the Brochure.

Sept. 1, 2012 from 12 noon till 3 PM: turn in artwork to the Pacific Grove Art  Center. If you do not get your artwork in on time it will not be in the show. The PGAC is very strict about that.

Sept. 7, 2012: Pacific Grove Art Centers opening for the show from 7-9PM.

Sept. 27, 2012: The Map-Brochure will come out as an insert in the Monterey County Weekly.

Sept. 28, 2012: Artists Equity's Gala for the Studio Tour at the PGAC from  7-9PM.

Sept. 29-30, 2012 from 11 AM till 5 PM: The big weekend. I hope you all have a great weekend and sell lots of art.

Oct. 19, 2012 from 12 noon till 3 PM: pickup your art work from the PGAC. PGAC has no storage so you must pickup or have your work picked up.
